Accessibility statement

Inclusion starts with us. We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever their ability or technology.

Our standard

This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to main content" link.
  • Text and interactive elements meet AA colour contrast requirements.
  • Images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Page structure uses proper headings, landmarks and labels for assistive technology.
  • Animation respects your device's reduced motion setting, and the home page animation has a pause button.
  • Forms have clear labels, instructions and error messages that are announced to screen readers.
  • Text can be resized up to 200% and the layout adapts to small screens without horizontal scrolling.

Accessible services

Our training and consultations can include Kenya Sign Language interpretation, captioned materials and other adjustments. Let us know what you need when you contact us.

Known limitations

Some features, such as our online courses and AI Security App, are still being built. We will test them for accessibility before launch.

Feedback

If you find a barrier on this website, please tell us through our contact page. We aim to respond within five working days.
